“BEGIN WITH THE END IN MIND”

Everyone is aware of the third eye of Lord Shiva that opens in a critical situation. Just like Lord Shiva, every person has a third eye that surely no-one can see but can be felt by a person having farsightedness.
The cure is in the longevity can be seen in multiple dynamics, either on the health front or mind peace front.

“MY BODY IS MINE TEMPLE”

mind peace

I guess one of the most uncontaminated places that can be found is once own body, either spiritually or physically.

When it comes to the health of an individual, everyone knew the one or the other problem faced by their body. Taking care of our own body is vital. Just the way we clean our temple, our body is our temple and its cure in longevity is essential. One of the long-lasting problems that occur is in the form of chronic diseases which usually can be controlled but can’t be cured. Hence, illness often must manage daily symptoms that affect their quality of life should be checked and cured daily.

‘Peace of mind’ is another trending phrase that is part and parcel of mind temple. Mind palace is something that is a maker and breaker of once trouble both physically and spiritually as well.

Hence, this is something to remind everyone “I AM THE MASTER OF MY FATE; I AM THE CAPTAIN OF MY SOUL”.

“BE PROACTIVE”

PROACTIVE

Being proactive means being aware of the self and surroundings, along with that taking action and responsibility for those actions. Now, when you are a proactive individual in a room, you do more mistakes than a reactive person because you take more actions than others. The purpose of a proactive approach is to make mistake but acknowledge it straight away, correct it, and take lessons from it.

To delay, to deny the mistake is to miss its lesson, said IBM founder T.J. Watson Sr.

Sharing the experience of a Senior Manager, managing a team of six to seven young trainers facing a problem in the hiring of candidates, as the candidates were not responding well to a selection process.  The First day, they talked about “What’s happening to the candidates?”  The basic answer was that, might be candidates fearing more from the profile and efforts to put in. the discussion ended more depressed an ever.

The second day, they talked about, “what’s going to happen in the future?” They concluded things will get back to worse before they improved. The group finished their day even more discouraged.

On the third day, they focused on the proactive question, “What is our response?” in the next selection process the Sr. manager took an interview rounds by himself and observed the distortion in the procedure of working of young trainers rather than the candidates. From the next week, they implemented a few do-able things and restored the healthy system of recruitment back. We all have faced reality and discovered we had the power to choose a positive response.

Hence, reactive people get affected by the weather, where proactive people carry their own weather with them.

“DON’T BE A SCAPEGOAT”

SCAPEGOAT

One of the nature of a person is to be an easy scapegoat in an early age of experience, either it’s of any experience from personal life to professional or from a fresher to an experienced individual at a new place.  One must be aware when to stand up, to speak up along with working on WIN/WIN principle if that’s possible. “Scapegoat,” said Leo Tolstoy, “It’s too easy to criticize a man when he’s out of favor, and to make him shoulder the blame for everybody else’s mistakes.

TRY THIS FOR A WHILE:

1)    Try to make a small circle of influence and work on it consistently.
2)    Make small commitments to yourself and others, keep them.
3)    Count hours, not days.
4)    Be strong, renew the spirit.
5)    Be a crazy healthy freak, no doubt.

  5. In the event that there is a 'uneven' stretch ahead, it is ideal to dial back to stay away from 'reaching as far down as possible' and placing an opening in our fuel tank; or when conditions are ideal, we can put 'petal to the metal' and zoom easy and courageous along our joyful way. https://www.promorapid.com/FortisMedicalBilling

  6. Naming holders doesn't need to be hard and convoluted. Just cut a little piece of paper, simply fitting to the size of the compartment, and afterward stick it on the front, then mark it with a pen. Fortis Medical Billing - Oklahoma City
